Season 3's American Idol, Fantasia, took home the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Song at The 42nd NAACP Image Awards. She won the award for "Bittersweet" off her album Back To Me. Fantasia now has three NAACP Image Awards to her name. The award show aired on FOX and took place on Friday, March 4th at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA.
"Bittersweet" was the first single released off of Fantasia's third studio album, and it recently won her the Grammy Award for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance.
