The Green Bay Packers won the Super Bowl so they have the honor of picking last in SB Nation's 2011 NFL mock draft. The Packers, represented by SB Nation's Acme Packing Company, will address the offensive line and pick OT Derek Sherrod.
This now makes two consecutive first round picks at offensive tackle for a team that doesn't have a consensus need.
Sherrod and Bulaga both have question marks as NFL left tackles, but there's a lot of time left for them to develop and sort out which side is best for either player. Keeping QB Aaron Rodgers protected in the pocket should be a constant long-term goal in the back of GM Ted Thompson's mind.
You were in the Super Bowl because of your quarterback so you may as well do all you can to invest in the resources necessary to protect that quarterback. It's hard to complain about this pick, although there are other options.
